Becca ended up waiting on me and she proved to be courteous, friendly and went above and beyond by fixing a small flaw in my existing glasses. And I didn't ask her to do so, she simply took the initiative. Few people "get" customer service and seemingly fewer understand the value of delivering it. Dr. Durante has always been kind, caring, and professional. I know from experience that this is a balance that not all doctors can obtain. Although Dr. Durante needed to see his scheduled patients, he took the time to speak to me about my eye health and his concerns. Dr. Durante is always willing to answer a question and appears to have the patience of a saint. One other area I'd like to address is that of the staff that works at Cohen's Optical. Each time I have been there the staff has treated me as though I were very important. Not only are the opticians friendly and professional, they all also have a wonderful sense of humor and aren't afraid to use it. Each time I have come to your office, I have left with a smile. I can think of no where else that I could say that.
